Verticale — centre d’artistes offers its members a space for professional exchange, networking, and the sharing of knowledge and expertise. These services, based on cooperation and exchange, amount to visibility platforms that highlight the artistic practice of our members.

Active member – Professional artist (emerging or established) or cultural worker (emerging or established)

• Right to vote
• Participation in recommendation committees
• 10% discount at Point d’Impression Numérique
• Preferential rates on our workshops
• Membership fee: $20

This category may include artists and cultural workers who are currently undertaking professional studies.

Supporting member

• Participation in recommendation committees
• Membership fee: $20

Business professionals – corporate members

• Participation in recommendation committees
• Membership fee: $100

It is possible to become a member any time. However, renewals occur on a fixed date, at the time of the members’ Annual General Meeting.

To become a member, send an email to info@verticale.ca with the following information:

• Name and complete address, including phone number
• The membership category you wish to sign up under*
• Do you wish to volunteer? If so, what are your interests (the Board, committees, reception, installation/deinstallation, sponsorship and donations initiatives, etc.)

* To become an active member (professional artists and cultural workers), please submit a compressed file (.zip, maximum 5 MB), addressed to the Board, containing:

• CV
• Letter of intent
• Artist statement
• Visual documentation

There are three easy ways to pay your fees or to renew your membership:

1. By cheque, payable to Verticale — centre d’artistes, mailed to or dropped off at:
