Guillaume Adjutor Provost

Guillaume Adjutor Provost’s artistic practice lies in the decoding of community movements and the manifestations of their struggles. His artistic commitment, informed by research and the free association of ideas, aims to examine what has existed for too long on the periphery of the dominant historical discourses: the counter-culture, the vernacular imagery of Quebec, queer experiences, class consciousness, or eco-fiction. The references that challenge me are those that drive us to rethink our relationship to the main social, cultural and economic narratives. Furthermore, he see creation as a tool of interpretation where the gap between reality and its fantasmatic transcription formulates a desire for active transformation of the world.

Catherine Barnabé

Catherine Barnabé is an independent curator and translator. She is co-founder of Espace Projet, where she serves as co-director and curator of contemporary art. A graduate of UQAM’s Maitrise en études des arts (2011), she holds a diploma in translation (Concordia University, 2017) and writes for various magazines and galleries in addition to her practice as a translator with a focus on art.

Félix Chartré-Lefebvre

Félix Chartré-Lefebvre studied art history at Université de Montréal. His research centres on the connections between participatory art, hospitality, and social inequities.

Martin Dufrasne

Martin Dufrasne holds degrees in art history, environmental design and interdisciplinary art. His artistic practice takes the form of installations, photography and action art. His works interrogate notions of value, transformation and commitment.

Isabelle Lapierre

Isabelle Lapierre is a multidisciplinary artist who works with drawing, painting and sculpture as well as video and performance. Originally from Quebec City, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in visual arts from Université Laval.

Simon Rivest

Simon Rivest is part of the artist duo Doyon-Rivest. Catherine Lepage is a writer, illustrator and filmmaker. Together, they are the cofounders of Ping Pong Ping, a multidisciplinary creation studio straddling the borders of art and design. They are partners in art as in life.

Charles Guilbert

Charles Guilbert makes assemblages out of narrative fragments, which he presents in the form of texts, videos, songs, drawings and installations.

Colin Zouvi

Colin Zouvi is a poet, literary scholar and theatre director. He is the author most recently of La ville inquiète (éditions Poètes de brousse, 2018). He has also organized numerous public readings, including of the works of catalan writer Mercè Rodoreda.
